One Injured in Car Accident on Hwy. 271 and Loop 323 in Tyler, TX

Tyler, TX — September 10, 2023, one person was injured in a motor vehicle accident in the early morning on Hwy. 271 and Loop 323 in Tyler.

Investigators report the collision was between a car and a motorcycle. The driver of the motorcycle was purportedly taken by UT Health East Texas to a hospital for treatment of serious injuries. Officials did not report if any other injuries occurred in the crash.

Additionally, there is no information regarding the make and model of the involved vehicles, which direction(s) they were traveling, how many people were in the car, or what factors may have led to this collision.
