Harvest Youngblood Killed in Pedestrian-Car Accident on Dover Ave. in Lubbock, TX

Lubbock, TX — September 5, 2023, Harvest Youngblood was killed in a collision with an SUV around 10:05 p.m. on Dover Ave. in Lubbock.

According to investigators, the victim was walking with his bicycle north along Dover Avenue when he was struck by a westbound SUV on 19th Street. Mr. Youngblood, 63, was reportedly transported to University Medical Center, but later succumbed on Wednesday, September 6, to the injuries sustained in the collision.

Official have not said if the SUV driver will face any charges, or what factors led up to this crash.
