Man Killed in Semi-Truck Accident on Highway 441 in Canal Point, FL

Canal Point, FL — September 11, a man was killed in a semi-truck collision at 17346 Highway 441 in Palm Beach County, Canal Point, FL.

Authorities indicate that on September 11, a fatal crash occurred when a pickup truck and a semi-truck collided in Canal Point for unknown reasons. According to reports, the crash happened shortly before 6:10 a.m.

Investigators say the semi-truck may have had mechanical issues at the time of the crash, but this has not been confirmed. Police say both trucks were traveling northbound along Highway 441 when they collided.

Officials confirmed the pickup driver, whose name has not been released, suffered severe injuries and was taken to an area hospital for medical attention. The man reportedly succumbed to his injuries and died at a later time.

No other injuries were reported. The crash investigation is ongoing.
