Woman Killed in Vehicle Accident on Highway 358 in Corpus Christi, TX

Corpus Christi, TX — September 1, 2023, a woman was killed in a car accident in the 4700 block of westbound Highway 358 and Everhart Road in Corpus Christi, TX.

Authorities indicate that on September 1, a fatal accident occurred when a vehicle crashed in the 4700 block of westbound Highway 358 and Everhart Road. According to reports, the crash happened shortly before 4:00 in the afternoon in Corpus Christi.

Investigators say that upon arrival at the accident scene, a woman appeared to have been thrown from the vehicle upon impact. The woman was reportedly taken to an area hospital, where she died due to her injuries. Authorities have not released the woman's identity at this time.

No other injuries were reported, and no other vehicles were involved.

Detectives are investigating the events that led to the crash.
