Giovan Giannetti Killed in Rollover Accident in Wharton County, TX

Wharton County, TX — August 19, 2023, Giovan Giannetti was fatally injured as the result of a rollover car accident that happened at 4:49 a.m. on Highway 60.

Public information about the crash released by authorities indicates that it occurred near the intersection of Highway 60 and County Road 210.

Initial statements said that 26-year-old Giovan Giannetti was in a Toyota Tacoma reportedly going southbound on the highway. That vehicle, for reasons which can't be confirmed, went off the right side of the roadway. It then went into a skid before overturning off the opposite side of the roadway.

Giannetti sustained fatal injuries as a result of the accident. There did not appear to be anyone else involved in the accident. At this time, further information remains unavailable.
