Man Injured in Car Accident on Magdalena Avenue in Cameron County, TX

Cameron County, TX — July 10, 2023, a man sustained injuries as the result of a car accident that happened at around 9:30 p.m. along Magdalena Avenue.

According to information released by authorities, the incident took place near the Magdalena Avenue and Juanita Avenue intersection.

It appears that a 25-year-old man and a 31-year-old man were in a Dodge pickup that was reportedly parked along the side of Magdalena. That vehicle somehow pulled away from the side of the road and managed to crash into a nearby Jeep Grand Cherokee which was parked along the opposite side of the road.

Due to this collision, the 25-year-old passenger of the Dodge sustained injuries which appeared to be incapacitating. There were no other confirmed injuries. Right now, the exact cause of the accident remains unconfirmed. No further information is available.
