Man Injured in Truck Accident on Collins Street in Arlington, TX

Arlington, TX — July 22, 2023, a man sustained injuries as the result of a commercial vehicle accident at around 1:07 p.m. along South Collins Street.

Authorities said in their statements that the incident took place near the intersection of South Collins Street and East Abram Street.

According to officials, a 33-year-old man was in a Chevy S10 pickup said to be going northbound along Collins. Due to factors which currently remain unconfirmed, the pickup crashed with a commercial vehicle in a line of traffic at the intersection.

Due to this collision, the man in the Chevy sustained apparently incapacitating injuries. The driver of the commercial vehicle did not have any listed injuries. There did not appear to be any passengers involved in the crash. Right now, no further information is available.
