One Injured in Multi-Truck accident on I-30 in Mount Pleasant, TX

Mount Pleasant, TX — July 25, 2023, one person was injured in a commercial truck accident around 8:40 p.m. on I-30 in Mount Pleasant.

Authorities report the victim was traveling west on I-30 in a tractor-trailer when their vehicle somehow veered off the road toward the passenger side and collided with a stopped tractor-trailer. The impact reportedly caused an explosion.

The victim was purportedly taken to a hospital with serious injuries.
