John Newman Jr. Injured in Car Accident in Conroe, TX

Montgomery County, TX — August 3, 2023, John Newman Jr. sustained injuries as the result of a single-vehicle car accident at 2:27 a.m. along Loop 336.

According to preliminary information about the accident from authorities, the incident occurred in the area of Loop3 36 and Ed Kharbat Drive.

Investigators said that 52-year-old John Newman Jr. was in a Lexus car said to be going eastbound along Loop 336. At the Ed Kharbat intersection, the vehicle somehow went off the corner of the road and crashed into the traffic signal pole.

Newman's injuries following the collision were described by authorities as incapacitating. There was no indication of anyone else being involved in the crash. Right now, no further information can be confirmed without further investigations.
