17-Year-Old Killed in Garbage Truck Accident on Main Street in Tremonton, UT

Tremonton, UT — September 5, 2023, a 17-year-old bicyclist was killed in a crash with a garbage truck around 6 a.m. on Main St. in Tremonton.

Authorities report the victim was riding a bike at 1500 West and Main Street when she was struck and killed by a garbage truck. The Tremonton-Garland Police Chief purportedly told news outlets that no information about the truck driver of the crash would be released until their department completed its investigation.
