Dathan Dowdy Injured in Car Accident in Dallas, TX

Dallas, TX — August 6, 2023, Dathan Dowdy was injured following a single-vehicle accident that happened before midnight on Wheatland Road.

According to information about the accident, it took place at approximately 11:55 p.m. near the intersection of West Wheatland Road and Greenspan Avenue.

Investigators said that 42-year-old Dathan Dowdy was in a Polaris Slingshot going along eastbound Wheatland Road. Somehow, the vehicle made contact with the median, causing the vehicle to lose control. The three-wheeler veered and ejected Dowdy onto the roadway before hitting a pole.

Dowdy was reportedly taken from the scene with apparently incapacitating injuries. There did not appear to be any other individuals involved in the accident. No further information can be confirmed at this time.
