Monica Reyes Ramos, Linda Corbell, 2 Injured in Car Accident in Midland County, TX

Midland County, TX — August 4, 2023, Monica Reyes Ramos, Linda Corbell, and two others were hurt due to a car accident at around 9:50 p.m. along Highway 349.

According to preliminary information about the crash released by authorities, the incident took place across both directions of Highway 349 at the intersection of County Road 120.

Investigators said in their statements that 46-year-old Monica Reyes Ramos was in a Chevy Tahoe said to be going northbound along the highway. Crossing C.R. 120, it appears the Tahoe and a Honda Accord driven by 51-year-old Linda Corbell collided. The Honda was then hit by a southbound Ford Fusion.

As a result of the crash, Corbell reportedly had incapacitating injuries. Reyes Ramos and two passengers—one of which was a teenager—had apparently non-incapacitating injuries. Currently, the exact factors leading to the crash cannot be confirmed.
