Sammy Garner Jr. Injured in Single-Vehicle Accident in Trinity County, TX

Trinity County, TX — August 2, 2023, Sammy Garner Jr. was injured as the result of a single-vehicle accident at around 5:40 p.m. along Highway 94.

According to initial details released by authorities, the crash took place near the intersection of Highway 94 and Farm-to-Market 2262.

Investigators said that 50-year-old Sammy Garner Jr. was the driver of a Toyota Highlander said to be going eastbound along the highway. For reasons which cannot be confirmed right now, the vehicle somehow went off the left side of the road where it crashed through multiple fences.

As a result of the accident, details listed Garner as having incapacitating injuries. A child in the vehicle was apparently unharmed, and no other vehicles were said to have been involved. Authorities have yet to release any further details which can be confirmed pending further investigations.
