Nicole White Killed in Pedestrian-Car Accident on Loop 287 in Lufkin, TX

Lufkin, TX — September 4, 2023, Nicole White was killed in a pedestrian-car accident around 9:10 p.m. on Loop 287 in Lufkin.

Officials report the victim was attempting to cross Loop 287 just before an overpass when she was struck by a southbound pickup truck. Ms. White was reportedly pronounced deceased at the accident scene.

Authorities have not released any other details at this time.
