One Injured in Truck Accident on W. Amarillo Blvd. in Amarillo, TX

Amarillo, TX — August 31, 2023, one person was injured in a collision with a truck around 8 a.m. at W. Amarillo Blvd. and N. Maryland St. in Amarillo.

According to officials, a truck pulled out to Amarillo Blvd. in front of the victim's motorcycle and caused the victim to attempt an evasive maneuver. The motorcycle reportedly ended up overturning and sliding with the motorcyclist for several feet.

The motorcyclist was reportedly rushed to a local medical center with serious injuries. There are no reports regarding the truck driver.
