Jailen Bedward Killed in Motorcycle Accident in El Paso, TX

El Paso, TX — July 31, 2023, Jailen Bedward was fatally injured as the result of a motorcycle accident which happened at 11:43 p.m. on Fred Wilson Avenue.

Authorities said that the incident took place in the area of the intersection of Fred Wilson Avenue and Chaffee Road.

It appears from preliminary reports from authorities that 23-year-old Jailen Bedward was riding a Honda motorcycle that was going eastbound along Fred Wilson. At a curve in the road, it appears the motorcycle somehow ran off the side of the road where it crashed into a pillar.

Bedward was thrown from the motorcycle, ultimately resulting in fatal injuries. There was no mention of other vehicles being involved in the wreck. At this time, no further information can be confirmed pending investigations.
