Jessica Ramos Killed in 18-wheeler Accident in Burleson County, TX

Burleson County, TX — August 29, 2023, Jessica Ramos was fatally injured following an 18-wheeler accident early Tuesday morning along F.M. 60.

According to initial details released by Texas DPS officials, the incident reportedly happened at around 6:40 a.m. in the area of the F.M. 60 and F.M. 50 intersection.

Investigations from authorities report that 24-year-old Jessica Ramos was in a Honda said to be going eastbound on F.M. 60. At F.M. 50, authorities allege that an 18-wheeler going southbound failed to yield, leading to a collision with Ramos's vehicle.

As a result of the collision, Ramos sustained fatal injuries. The truck driver had unspecified injuries, according to reports. There were no other confirmed injuries.
