Dayton Gressett Injured in Truck Accident in Cooke County, TX

Cooke County, TX — July 14, 2023, Dayton Gressett was injured following an 18-wheeler accident at around 12:16 p.m. along F.M. 373.

Preliminary information about the accident released by authorities indicates that the crash happened along northbound F.M. 373 off the corner of County Road 350.

Dayton Gressett Injured in Truck Accident in Cooke County, TX

According to investigators, 21-year-old Dayton Gressett was in a GMC pickup traveling along F.M. 373. For reasons which can't be confirmed at this time, the GMC crashed into the back of a tractor-trailer that had slowed to make a left turn onto County Road 350.

Due to the collision, Gressett sustained injuries which were said to be incapacitating. Gressett's current condition is unclear. There were no other injuries reported. At this time, no further information about the accident can be confirmed.
