Emanuel Torres-Ochoa Killed, 1 Injured in Rollover Accident in Irving, TX

Irving, TX — August 19, 2023, Emanuel Torres-Ochoa was killed and one person was injured in a car accident at around 12:40 a.m. along the LBJ Freeway.

Dallas County and Irving officials released information about the crash, which they say happened in the area of the LBJ Freeway and Highway 161.

According to officials, 24-year-old Emanuel Torres-Ochoa and another person were in a vehicle that was going eastbound along I-635. For reasons not currently clear, the vehicle careened off-road onto the median and overturned repeatedly.

Due to the crash, Torres-Ochoa sustained fatal injuries. The other person in the vehicle was said to have serious injuries. Right now, no further information about the crash can be confirmed pending further investigations.
