Robert Lynn Lewis III Killed in Motorcycle Accident in Fort Worth, TX

Fort Worth, TX — July 23, 2023, Robert Lewis III was fatally injured due to a motorcycle accident at around 1:24 a.m. along Miller Avenue.

Preliminary information about the crash made public by authorities indicates that the accident happened in the area of the Miller Avenue and Comanche Street intersection.

According to investigations, 32-year-old Robert Lynn Lewis III was said to be on a Suzuki motorcycle traveling southbound on Miller. For reasons not entirely clear at this time, the motorcycle careened off the side of the road into someone's front yard. There, the motorcycle hit a tree, ejecting Lewis.

It appears Lewis was taken to a hospital in serious condition, but the injuries ultimately proved to be fatal. There were no other reported injuries. Details at this time do not suggest any other vehicles were involved in the crash. No further information can be confirmed.
