Two Injured in Car Accident on F.M. 2641 in Lubbock County, TX

Lubbock County, TX — August 24, 2023, two people were injured in a car accident around 11 p.m. at F.M. 179 and F.M. 2641 in Lubbock County.

Authorities report a car on F.M. 2641 and a pickup truck on F.M. 179 collided. The driver of the passenger car reportedly suffered serious injuries and the pickup truck driver may have sustained possible injuries. Both victims were reportedly transported to UMC.

Officials did not release what direction the vehicles were traveling or how the crash occurred.
