Two Killed, One Injured in Truck Accident in Morgantown, WV

Morgantown, WV — August 24, 2023, two were killed, and one was injured in a truck crash at Grafton Road and Gladesville Road in Monongalia County, Morgantown, WV.

Authorities say that on August 24, a fatal accident occurred when two vehicles collided in Monongalia County. According to reports, the crash happened sometime before 6:00 in the morning.

Investigators say a truck and another vehicle collided head-on at the intersection of Grafton Road and Gladesville Road. The cause of the accident has not yet been determined.

Officials confirmed two vehicle occupants, whose names have not been released, suffered fatal injuries in the collision. The truck driver reportedly sustained injuries and was transported to an area hospital for medical treatment. The extent of the driver's injuries is unknown.
