One Killed, Martina Medina Injured in Motorcycle Accident on Interstate 10 West in El Paso, TX

El Paso, TX — August 15, 2023, one was killed, and Martina Medina was injured in a motorcycle crash on Interstate 10 West near Shuster Avenue in El Paso, TX.

Authorities indicate that on August 15, a motorcycle accident left one dead and another injured. According to reports, the crash happened sometime before 2:30 in the afternoon. Police say a Suzuki motorcycle struck the rear of a Nissan on Interstate 10 West. Investigators say the motorcycle was allegedly speeding and weaving through vehicles on the Interstate when the crash occurred.

Officials confirmed the motorcyclist, whose name has not been released, suffered fatal injuries in the crash. The Nissan diver, 63-year-old Martina Medina, was reportedly hurt and transported to an area hospital. Medina's injuries were not life-threatening.

No other injuries were reported.
