Julianne Elizabeth Posivio Injured in Truck Accident in Van Zandt County, TX

Van Zandt County, TX — August 6, 2023, Julianne Posivio was injured following a semi-truck accident at around 7:00 p.m. along Highway 64.

Details released by authorities indicate that the crash took place in the area of County Road 4813 along westbound lanes of Highway 64.

According to officials, a 20-year-old driver identified as Julianne Posivio was said to be in a Ford Edge going westbound along the highway. Posivio reportedly was going to make a left turn and stopped to wait for an oncoming vehicle to pass. While stopped, a semi-truck crashed into the back of Posivio's vehicle, forcing it off-road.

Posivio was said to have incapacitating injuries as a result of the accident. It's unclear if the truck driver had any injuries. Authorities mentioned possible pending citations for failure to control speed. Further information is unavailable at this time.
