Details at this time suggest that 37-year-old Brooke Draper and three children were in a vehicle that was going northbound along Route 14. It appears their vehicle came to a stop along northbound lanes. While stopped, a tractor-trailer somehow failed to slow down and crashed into the back of Draper's vehicle.

Due to the collision, two children in Draper's vehicle were taken to a hospital. While their injuries were described in the news as non-life-threatening, one of the children was apparently flown from the scene. No other injuries were confirmed. It appears the truck driver was ticketed following the accident.
