Bicyclist Injured in Car Accident on Lexington Avenue in Abilene, TX

Abilene, TX — August 21, 2023, a bicyclist was injured in a vehicle accident on Lexington Avenue at Fairmount Street in Abilene, TX.

Authorities indicate that on August 21, a crash occurred when a bicyclist was struck by a car for unknown reasons. According to reports, the accident happened shortly before 4:00 in the afternoon in Abilene.

Police say the person struck was riding a motorized bicycle north on Lexington Avenue when the crash occurred. The vehicle reportedly headed down Fairmount Street and allegedly hit the bicyclist in the intersection.
