Jose Palomares Injured in Car Accident in Bay City, TX

Matagorda County, TX — July 21, 2023, Jose Palomares was injured as the result of a car accident that happened at approximately 6:31 p.m. along B Avenue.

Investigations from authorities indicate that the crash took place in the area of the B Avenue and 7th Street intersection.

According to officials, 26-year-old Jose Palomares was said to be in a Toyota Corolla that was going along westbound lanes of B Avenue. For reasons which cannot be confirmed at this time, the vehicle lost control trying to avoid a truck after Palomares reportedly attempted to turn onto 7th. This led to Palomares's vehicle crashing into objects off-road and a building.

As a result of the crash, Palomares reportedly had incapacitating injuries. There were no other confirmed injuries relating to the accident. Right now, no further information about the crash can be confirmed.
