Wenceslao Esquivel Killed in Car Accident in Garland, TX

Garland, TX — May 12, 2023, Wenceslao Esquivel was fatally injured due to a single-vehicle car accident at approximately 4:54 a.m. along Duck Creek Drive.

Preliminary statements about the fatal crash say that it took place along Duck Creek Drive off the corner of Creekview Drive.

According to officials, 26-year-old Wenceslao Esquivel was the driver of a Nissan Sentra which was reportedly going southbound along Duck Creek. Due to events which are still under investigation, the vehicle ran off the right side of the roadway. There, the vehicle then overturned and crashed into a tree.

As a result of the crash, Esquivel sustained fatal injuries. There did not appear to be any passengers with Esquivel, and no other vehicles were said to have been involved. At this time, there are no further details about the crash that can be confirmed.
