Bryndan Grogan Killed in Alleged DWI Accident in Hutchinson County, TX

Hutchinson County, TX — August 13, 2023, Bryndan Grogan was fatally injured due to an alleged DWI car accident at around 5:15 p.m. along Highway 136.

Preliminary details about the crash say that it took place on a stretch of Highway 136 at the intersection of Farm-to-Market 687.

According to officials, Bryndan Grogan of Fritch was in a Toyota Camry that was said to be going westbound along the highway. At the F.M. 687 intersection, authorities say that a pickup failed to yield pulling onto the highway, causing the two vehicles to collide with each other.

As a result of this collision, Grogan sustained fatal injuries. The other driver is accused of driving while intoxicated, and there appear to be pending charges for DWI, intoxication manslaughter, intoxication assault, accident involving death, and unauthorized use of a vehicle. No further information about the crash is available at this time.
