Michael Trevino Killed in Pedestrian Accident in Port Arthur, TX

Port Arthur, TX — July 15, 2023, Michael Trevino sustained fatal injuries as the result of a car accident just after midnight along El Paso Avenue.

According to preliminary details about the fatal incident, it happened at approximately 12:57 a.m. in the area of the El Paso Avenue and 22nd Street intersection.

Officials said in the statements that 54-year-old Michael Trevino was on foot at the time off the corner of the intersection. In a series of events which cannot be confirmed at this time, Trevino was hit by a northbound vehicle crossing through the intersection along El Paso Avenue.

As a result of this collision, Trevino succumbed to fatal injuries. It does not appear that the driver involved had any injuries. Authorities did not mention any pending charges or citations following their investigations. There are no additional factors surrounding the accident which can be confirmed at this time.
