David Delgado Juarez Killed in Motorcycle Accident near Gainesville, TX

Cooke County, TX — August 12, 2023, David Delgado Juarez sustained fatal injuries due to a motorcycle accident at around 1:30 p.m. along I-35.

According to information about the fatal crash, it took place just north of Gainesville along northbound lanes of Interstate 35.

Details suggest that 43-year-old David Delgado Juarez was on a motorcycle that was going along the interstate. For reasons which are still unclear at this time, the motorcycle went onto the median where it crashed with the barrier.

As a result of the collision with the barrier, Juarez sustained injuries which proved to be fatal. There did not appear to be anyone else involved in the crash, according to officials. The factors leading up to the crash are still under investigation at this time.
