Pensacola Men Killed in Semi-Truck Accident on I-10 in Milton, FL

Milton, FL — August 11, 2023, two Pensacola men sustained fatal injuries as the result of a semi-truck accident at around 2:00 p.m. along I-10.

Investigations from the Florida Highway Patrol say that the crash took place in the area of mile marker 42 along westbound lanes of the interstate.

According to officials, a 48-year-old man and a 27-year-old man, both from Pensacola, were in a BMW 650 that was said to be going westbound along the interstate. Due to a series of events not entirely clear at this time, the BMW crashed into the back of a semi-truck.

As a result of the collision, both Pensacola men sustained fatal injuries. Authorities have not publicly identified the men at this time. No other injuries were reported. Currently, the cause of the accident has yet to be determined.
