Jefferson County, AL — August 15, 2023, two people were killed in a three-vehicle crash on Interstate 459 near Route 290 in Jefferson County, AL.

Authorities indicate that on August 15, a fatal crash occurred when two vehicles and a street sweeper collided on Interstate 459 for unknown reasons. According to reports, the crash happened at approximately 8:00 at night in Jefferson County.
