Jasmin Diaz, 2 Injured in Car Accident in Harris County, TX

Harris County, TX — July 5, 2023, Jasmin Diaz and two others were injured as the result of a car accident at around 11:50 p.m. along East Mount Houston Road.

Authorities said in preliminary statements that the crash happened in the area of the East Mount Houston Road and Suburban Road intersection.

According to currently available information, 22-year-old Jasmin Diaz and a 21-year-old woman were in a Dodge Charger that was reportedly going eastbound along Mount Houston. It appears there was a Dodge Ram 1500 going westbound which, according to authorities, crossed left of center. Due to this, the pickup crashed with Diaz's vehicle.

It appears that both Diaz and the driver of the pickup had incapacitating injuries as a result of the crash. The woman in Diaz's vehicle had apparently non-incapacitating injuries. No further information about the accident can be confirmed regarding factors leading up to the accident.
