Shelton McWalters, Alex Aguilar Injured in Car Accident in Montgomery County, TX

Montgomery County, TX — July 18, 2023, Shelton McWalters and Alex Aguilar were injured following a car accident at around 11:23 p.m. along F.M. 2432.

Authorities said that the incident happened along F.M. 2432 in the area of Old County Road.

Officials said in preliminary statements that 54-year-old Shelton McWalters was on a Kawasaki motorcycle that was going eastbound along F.M. 2432. 23-year-old Alex Aguilar was in a Honda Civic that was also going eastbound. For reasons which can't be confirmed at this time, the Honda crashed into the back of McWalters's motorcycle.

Due to the collision, McWalters was said to have incapacitating injuries. Aguilar reportedly had non-incapacitating injuries. At this time, details about potential factors surrounding the crash can't be confirmed.
