Four Injured in Multi-Vehicle Accident in Havertown, PA

Havertown, PA — August 8, 2023, four people were injured in a multi-vehicle collision at West Chester Pike and North Eagle Road in Havertown, PA.

Authorities indicate that on August 8, an accident occurred when, for unknown reasons, several vehicles collided shortly before 7:00 in the evening in Havertown. According to reports, a car traveling in the wrong direction in the westbound lanes caused a domino effect of crashes involving a bus, semi-truck, and at least two other vehicles. The accident happened at West Chester Pike and North Eagle Road.

Investigators have not determined what caused the collision but suggest the vehicle driver may have had a medical emergency. Officials confirmed at least four people suffered injuries in the crash.
