Justin Oliphant, 1 Injured in Truck Accident in Harrison County, TX

Harrison County, TX — July 14, 2023, Justin Oliphant reportedly and another person sustained injuries resulting from a truck accident at 5:39 a.m. on U.S. 59.

Preliminary information about the accident says that it took place along northbound lanes of U.S. Highway 59 near the intersection of Farm-to-Market 2625.

According to officials, 23-year-old Justin Oliphant was the reported driver of a Dodge Dakota pickup that was going along the highway. Ahead was a commercial truck. It appears the pickup crashed into the back of the truck, though the circumstances surrounding why the collision happened are not clear at this time.

As a result of the collision, Oliphant sustained injuries which were described as incapacitating. One person in the commercial truck was said to have non-incapacitating injuries. At this time, no further information about the accident can be confirmed.
