Jerry Henry Injured in Single-Vehicle Accident in Bowie County, TX

Bowie County, TX — July 8, 2023, Jerry Henry was injured as the result of a single-vehicle car accident at around 10:40 p.m. along F.M. 561.

Investigators said that the incident took place along Farm-to-Market 561 in the area of the County Road 4238 intersection.

Authorities said that 54-year-old Jerry Henry was in a Dodge Ram 1500 that was going westbound along the roadway. On a curve in the road, the vehicle somehow left the side of the road. It continued off-road until it crashed into a tree.

As a result of the accident, Henry sustained injuries which were said to be incapacitating. There did not appear to be any others involved in the accident. No further information about the accident has been confirmed at this time.
