Lois Frisch Injured in Truck Accident on Highway 101 near Diamond Point, WA

Diamond Point, WA — August 7, 2023, Lois Frisch was injured in a collision involving a log truck on Highway 101 near Diamond Point, WA.

Authorities indicate that on August 7, an accident occurred when, for unknown reasons, a vehicle and a log truck collided on Highway 101. According to reports, the car attempted to enter the highway from the shoulder and drove into the path of an oncoming log truck. Sources say the truck hit the vehicle, which caused the vehicle to hit a third car. The crash happened at approximately 11:30 a.m.

Officials confirmed the vehicle driver, Lois Frisch, 81, suffered injuries in the collision and was flown to an area hospital for medical attention. The extent of Frisch's injuries is unknown at this time.

No other injuries were reported.
