One Injured in Truck Rollover Accident on Highway 12 in Calaveras County, CA

Calaveras County, CA — August 5, 2023, a person was injured in a truck rollover crash on Highway 12 in Calaveras County, CA.

Authorities say that on August 5, a crash occurred when, for unknown reasons, a tanker truck overturned on Highway 12. According to reports, the truck was traveling along Highway 12 when it suddenly left the roadway and flipped onto its side.

Investigators have not determined the cause of the accident but confirmed the truck driver sustained injuries in the accident. The driver was taken to an area hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries. No other vehicles were involved in the crash, and no other injuries were reported.

The accident is still being investigated.
