Joshua Johnson Injured in Car Accident in Gregg County, TX

Gregg County, TX — July 12, 2023, Joshua Johnson was injured following a single-vehicle car accident at around 1:45 a.m. along Highway 135.

Investigators said that the crash took place in the area of Highway 135 and Crews Road/County Road 3550.

Initial details indicate that 25-year-old Joshua Orion Johnson was the driver of a Dodge Ram 1500 pickup that was going northbound along the highway. For reasons which cannot be confirmed at this time, the vehicle drifted off the side of the road to the left. This led to the pickup going through the ditch before then crashing into a tree line and overturning.

As a result of the accident, Johnson sustained injuries which were described as incapacitating. It does not appear that any other passengers or vehicles were involved in the accident. No further information can be confirmed at this time pending investigations.
