Zachary Pierson, Others Possibly Injured in Car Accident in Midland, TX

Midland, TX — July 23, 2023, Zachary Pierson and several others were possibly injured due to a car accident at around 2:26 a.m. along Big Spring Street.

Preliminary information about the accident says that it took place at the intersection of Big Spring Street and Cuthbert Avenue.

Zachary Pierson, Others Possibly Injured in Car Accident in Midland, TX

Investigators said that 23-year-old Zachary Tyler Pierson was driving a Ford F-250 southbound along Big Spring. While crossing Cuthbert, it appears a westbound Toyota Tundra ran the light, crashing into Pierson's vehicle.

As a result of the collision, a 25-year-old man in the Ford had apparently incapacitating injuries while a 22-year-old was said to have non-incapacitating injuries. It's unclear what condition Pierson was in. From the other vehicle, two 17-year-olds reportedly had non-incapacitating injuries, as well.

It appears charges were considered by investigators. The status of those potential charges is unclear at this time, and no further information can be confirmed pending investigations.
