Harris County, TX — July 14, 2023, Abraham Bowen suffered serious bodily injuries due to a motor vehicle accident in Harris County.

Investigators have not released when and where the crash occurred if Mr. Bowen was a pedestrian or in a vehicle, and what factors led up to the crash. Sources report police recommended charging the alleged drunk driver with intoxication assault with a deadly weapon.
