Bicyclist Injured in Dump Truck Accident on I-905 in San Diego, CA

San Diego, CA — June 6, 2023, a bicyclist was injured as the result of a truck accident at around 4:33 a.m. along Interstate 905.

Preliminary information about the collision was released by San Diego officials, who say it happened in the Otay Mesa area near the intersection of I-905 and Britannia Avenue.

Rescue workers were able to extricate the cyclist and ensure they were taken to a hospital for treatment. The cyclist's injuries were described as life-threatening.
