11-Year-Old Injured in Pedestrian-Bus Accident in Queens, NY

Queens, NY — May 17, 2023, an 11-year-old pedestrian was injured in a collision with a bus around 3:40 p.m. at 21st Street and 39th Avenue in Queens.

Sources report the minor was struck by the front of the bus near the sidewalk at a bus stop just southwest of 39th Ave. on 21st St. The victim was taken to a hospital with serious injuries.

Currently, there are no other details.
