Roel Alvarez Injured in Single-Vehicle Accident on F.M. 649 in Jim Hogg County, TX

Jim Hogg County, TX — April 4, 2023, Roel Alvarez was injured in a single-vehicle accident around 4:20 p.m. on F.M. 649 in Jim Hogg County.

Sources report the victim was northbound in a Chevy Cruze when his vehicle somehow veered toward the passenger side and struck a fence. Mr. Alvarez reportedly suffered serious injuries and was transported to Laredo Medical Center.

Authorities have not released the cause of the crash at this time.
