Agustin Estrada Killed in Truck Accident on I-35W in Fort Worth, TX

Fort Worth, TX — May 23, 2023, Agustin Estrada was fatally injured due to a tractor-trailer accident at around 2:45 a.m. along I-35W.

Authorities said that the crash took place along the southbound lanes of the South Freeway in the area of Ripy Street.

According to police officials, there was a prior accident along southbound lanes of the interstate. Approaching traffic resulting from that crash was 59-year-old Agustin Estrada, who was said to be driving a pickup. Due to events still unconfirmed, that pickup crashed with a tractor-trailer.

As a result of that crash, Estrada sustained injuries which ultimately provided to be fatal. At this time, no one else is reportedly injured due to the second collision. It's unclear if any other vehicles were involved in the collision that resulted in Estrada's death. Police have not reported any additional details about the crash, and factors leading up to it are still under investigation at this time.
