Robert Bernt Injured in Single-Vehicle Truck Accident in Marshall County, KS

Marshall County, KS — May 16, 2023, Robert Bernt was injured in a single-vehicle truck accident around 2:20 p.m. on Hwy. 9 in Marshall County.

According to officials, Mr. Bernt's semi-truck was traveling east navigating a curve in the road when his truck somehow left the road, entered a roadside ditch, and rolled onto its passenger side. Part of the truck's trailer was still partially on the road after the crash.

Robert Bernt purportedly suffered serious injuries and was taken to Community Memorial Hospital.

Reports indicate authorities have not determined the cause of the crash.
