William Chattman-Eady Killed in Single-Vehicle Truck Accident on Hwy. 145 in Chilton County, AL

Chilton County, AL — May 12, 2023, William Chattman-Eady was killed in a fiery tractor-trailer accident around 2:55 a.m. on Hwy. 145 in Chilton County.

According to authorities, the victim's semi-truck somehow veered off the highway, struck a tree, and then caught fire. Mr. Chattman-Eady suffered fatal injuries and was pronounced deceased at the accident scene. Reports indicate authorities have not determined the cause of the crash.
