Laura Duncan, Daniel Hurtado Injured in Car Accident in Burleson County, TX

Burleson County, TX — April 30, 2023, Laura Duncan and Daniel Hurtado were injured in a car accident around 7:16 p.m. on F.M. 60 in Burleson County.

Authorities report Mr. Hurtado's Mazda B3000 was facing south and stopped on F.M. 50 while Ms. Duncan's Toyota Prius was eastbound on F.M. 60. The Mazda B3000 then allegedly failed to yield the right of way and attempted to cross F.M. 60 and collided with the Prius.

The collision purportedly for the Prius into a rollover accident in which it struck several road signs and then landed in a ditch right-side up. The Mazda B3000 also reportedly entered the same ditch but facing west.

Authorities report Laura Duncan suffered serious injuries and Daniel Hurtado suffered minor injuries.
